About Valerie Bahm, ALC

As a native Texan, born in Amarillo. I have a great love for my fellow Texans and for my country, having been married to a Navy Master Chef for several years. This gives me the drive to go above and beyond for my clients, family and friends.

I spent many years in the Northern California area where I had the opportunity to work with several Fortune 500 companies. These include Robert Half International as a Senior Project Manager as well as a Director of Sales/Marketing and General Manager at Hilton Hotels. The experience of being a leader and director showed me the value of going above and beyond for my clients. This same experience makes me the perfect agent to help minimize the stress that goes along with buying or selling a property.

I was blessed with the opportunity to return to Texas and leave the hustle and bustle of the big city life. Since making the Tri-County area my home, I have been provided with direct insight into the Farm, Ranch and Acreage real estate market. While I love to help clients buy and sell any type of property, I am uniquely qualified to assist you with acreage properties in the Tri-County area of Kaufman, Henderson and Van Zandt counties. I am the proud co-owner of Hot Rod Ranch, Land And Cattle and actually live on beautiful acreage and raise livestock. Being a lover of the country life provides me with firsthand knowledge and experience to understand the needs of my fellow farmers, ranchers, hunters and country acreage owners.

As a fellow rancher, I understand that acreage properties are very unique. These properties require more attention to detail than the run-of-the-mill real estate transaction. With the fluctuation in acreage pricing and the vast combinations of features an acreage property can have, such as: barns, cross fencing, an arena, holding pens, etc.. I understand these unique features and know how to price properties accordingly. This in turn allows my sellers to get more money for their property.
